Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ mental health by utilizing structured interviews, psychological testing, and clinical observations to inform accurate clinical diagnoses.

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique situations and objectives, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.

  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, incorporating engaging activities and interventions tailored to the specific needs and progress of participants.

  • Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and connecting them with appropriate resources when necessary.

  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to provide integrated care that addresses physical, emotional, and psychological needs.

  • Educate clients and their families about mental health, available treatment options, and community resources, acting as an advocate for their rights and well-being.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development by attending training sessions, workshops, and conferences to ensure adherence to best practices and advancements in the mental health field.

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds, age groups, and socio-economic statuses. You will work with clients who are experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues.   • A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
