Assignment: Norwood Elementary Latchkey Program (West Jefferson, OH)Part time: 15-20 hours per week - am or pmLesson plans, schedules, billing invoices
Minimum Qualifications: Valid ODE license/permit- can apply once hiredHigh School Diploma, Associates degree preferredSatisfactory results on criminal record checks including fingerprintsKnowledge of daycare licensing rules preferred1 year experience in child care/ day care setting
Beginning Date: ASAP
Salary: Commensurate with experience, in accordance with approved salary schedule.

Duties:- Serve as the front desk point of contact, greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service- Assist with administrative tasks and provide personal assistant support to the coordinator- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment- Type and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence- Utilize computer skills to perform various tasks, including data entry and generating reports- Assist with dental receptionist duties, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents- Answer phone calls and provide professional phone etiquette
Skills:- Strong organizational skills to maintain an efficient office environment- Proficient in computer literacy, including knowledge of computerized systems- Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
