Senior On-Site Service Specialist

Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Senior On-Site Service Specialist, where you will play a

pivotal role in transforming our clients' experience through top-notch operations support. You will

engage with cutting-edge technology in high-volume print production, sorting, and mailing

tasks, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction. Whether it is performing maintenance,

troubleshooting, or providing reception services, you will be the heart of our service delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

This position will support the Direct Mail production team, daily tasks will include the following:

• File preparation on the computer using Microsoft Office and other software programs.

• Operate high-volume print and copy machines, ensuring top-notch quality and efficiency.

• Operation of Finishing equipment within the Print center

• Mail-tray preparation for Post Office transport

• Mail account reporting for each Direct Mail job.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, coordinating service calls, and managing job requests.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth delivery of completed jobs and support various building functions.

• Uphold safety standards and adhere to protocols while handling equipment and materials, ensuring a secure work environment.

• Provide essential equipment troubleshooting and escalate technical issues promptly for resolution.

Qualifications Must Have:

• High school diploma or GED, preferred minimum one year of relevant work experience.

• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite.

• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric

environment.

Qualifications Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in copy jobs or related fields.

• Basic knowledge of electronics and copier equipment repair.

• Valid driver's license with minimum auto insurance coverage.
