Compensation & Benefits

$330K-$400K+ Earning Potential:

$330,000 guaranteed base with premium overtime offering $400,000+ potential.
$145K Incentive Package:

Includes $100,000 student loan repayment, $30,000 sign-on, and $15,000 relocation assistance.
Paid Call Coverage:

Call stipends start at $400+ per shift in addition to regular compensation.
Flexible Compensation Model:

Twelve-week PTO option still provides a $280,000 guaranteed base salary.
Qualifications

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist:

Current CRNA certification or eligibility upon completion of training.
CRNA Training:

Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program.
Ohio Licensure:

Current or eligible for applicable CRNA licensure in Ohio.
Experience Level:

Experienced CRNAs and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
