Youth Shared Housing Specialist - Empower & Support
New Avenues to Independence
New Avenues for Youth is seeking a Shared Housing Coordinator to guide youth through housing stability and resource navigation. The role includes case management, on-site oversight of housing sites, and partnership with the Housing team to resolve issues and plan transitions. The position emphasizes mobility across locations, collaboration with diverse youth, and a commitment to equity and trauma-informed care.
