Specialty Representative, Psychiatry - Minneapolis, MN

Field-based specialty representative role focused on psychiatry in the Minneapolis area. Responsible for executing brand strategy, managing assigned territory, building customer relationships, and driving sales performance while maintaining compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Execute brand strategy and achieve sales performance targets, KPIs, and financial objectives
- Develop and implement call plans optimizing coverage and frequency to maximize sales opportunities
- Build and maintain trusted customer relationships by proactively addressing needs and expectations
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, disease state, customers, and share insights with internal teams
- Identify and develop disease state experts and speaker advocates to enhance brand performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business field preferred
- Five years relevant industry experience with three years in pharmaceutical/health/science sector
- In-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Healthcare industry representative credentialing eligibility and good standing
- Proven pharmaceutical sales track record in assigned therapeutic area
