HR Assistant | Memphis, TN | On-Site Looking for an opportunity to build your HR career with a growing organization? We are seeking a sharp, organized HR Assistant to join a high-volume HR team and provide critical support across employee documentation, HR processes, recordkeeping, correspondence, and day-to-day department operations. This is more than a traditional administrative position. The right person will gain exposure to a broad range of HR functions, new technology implementations, and a complex multi-location workforce along with the opportunity to take on increased responsibility. What We're Looking For HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or related administrative experience preferred Strong organization and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Proficiency with Outlook, calendaring, email, and basic Excel Ability to learn quickly and consistently follow established processes Four-year degree not required If you're looking for a role where you can contribute immediately, learn from an experienced HR team, and build a long-term career in HR, this could be an excellent opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
