Juniper is a new Modern American restaurant opening in the heart of Highwood, led by Executive Chef Todd Stein, whose career includes leadership within Ballyhoo Hospitality, with concepts including Sophia Steak, Pomeroy, Coda di Volpe, Gemini, and more.

We're building a team of hospitality professionals who believe great restaurants are built through genuine hospitality, teamwork, and attention to detail.

We're seeking experienced Bartenders who believe great cocktails begin with genuine hospitality. The ideal candidate combines technical skill, speed, professionalism, and beverage knowledge while creating an engaging experience for every guest.

What You'll Do

Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits to recipe standards.
Deliver exceptional bar hospitality.
Maintain an organized, immaculate bar.
Manage bar prep and stocking.
Support the dining room during service.

Requirements

4+ years bartending experience.
Illinois BASSET Certification.
Weekend and holiday availability.
Lift up to 50 pounds.
