Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and active professional license such as Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker- Clinical (LCSW-C).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients effectively.

• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools, facilitating seamless therapy experiences.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with prior experience in telehealth environments, as well as familiarity with therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in therapy practices are highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
