RN/ LPN

A busy and well-established family practice in Cincinnati is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their growing team. This is a high-volume, fast-paced office with 11 providers , offering a collaborative environment where training and support are a priority. You'll be paired directly with a provider, allowing for strong workflow continuity and hands-on patient care experience.

Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
• Occasional variations between 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1 day/week)
• No weekends or holidays

Pay

• Up to $40/hour due on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient care in a fast-paced family practice setting
• Administer injections, including pediatric immunizations
• Manage patient communication through EMR (MyChart messages, in-basket tasks)
• Perform clinical and administrative duties as needed
• Support exam room workflow and maintain efficient patient flow (~25 patients/day per provider)

Qualifications


Required:

• Active RN or LPN license
• Willingness to support both clinical and administrative tasks
• Comfortable administering pediatric immunizations
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Preferred:

• Family practice or primary care experience
• Experience with Epic EMR
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills
