McGrath Family of Dealerships is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Representative to join our Business Development Center (BDC). Requirements:

• Two or more years of customer service, call center, BDC, hospitality, banking, healthcare, retail leadership, or inside sales experience preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Comfortable learning CRM systems and new technology
• Self-motivated with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities
• Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers through phone, email, text, chat, and online inquiries
• Build relationships with customers while identifying their needs and scheduling appointments for the sales and service teams
• Provide accurate information regarding vehicles, service appointments, promotions, and dealership offerings
• Maintain detailed customer records and follow-up activities within the CRM system
• Follow up with customers to ensure a seamless experience and strengthen long-term relationships
• Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and achieve department goals
