We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Greendale Park Nursing & Rehab in Greendale, Wisconsin, United States.
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Greendale Park Nursing & Rehab, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assessing and evaluating patient needs , developing and implementing personalized care plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure excellent outcomes.
• Delivering exceptional patient care , providing emotional support, and promoting a positive and respectful environment for our residents.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records , documenting patient progress, and communicating effectively with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participating in ongoing education and training , staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments, and contributing to a culture of quality and excellence.
Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Wisconsin
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
