Regional General Manager
A growing regional company is looking for a Regional General Manager to oversee business performance, team leadership, client relationships, and day-to-day operations within the assigned market. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving growth, maintaining service quality, and ensuring the region operates efficiently and profitably.
The right candidate will be comfortable managing both people and performance, partnering with sales to support growth, and working directly with internal teams to ensure strong execution across client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee regional operations, client relationships, team performance, and financial results
- Lead managers and team members to meet service, revenue, and operational goals
- Support business growth by partnering with sales and identifying opportunities within the region
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, partners, and local stakeholders
- Monitor regional performance, including revenue, expenses, service quality, and client satisfaction
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts and consistent delivery of services
- Address operational issues, client concerns, and staffing challenges as they arise
- Support budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and resource planning for the region
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities
