Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support a high-speed food manufacturing and packaging operation that runs in a continuous 24/7 production environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining production equipment, facility systems, and utility assets to ensure efficient and reliable operations.Successful candidates will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.Schedule & Career DevelopmentThis position operates on a 10-hour shift schedule with rotating workdays throughout the week.Current Openings:2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 8:30 AMAdditional Requirements:Weekend availability requiredRotating schedule, including 4-on/4-off arrangements depending on department needsGrowth OpportunitiesTechnicians participate in a structured skills assessment program every six months.
