Ultrasonographer

Description The Ultrasonographer performs high-quality, age-specific ultrasound imaging to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions. This is a generalist role with a diverse scope of practice, including General, OB/GYN, Vascular, and potential breast imaging procedures . This position requires strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, safety, and service. Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations across multiple specialties Produce accurate, high-quality images for physician interpretation Ensure patient comfort, safety, and understanding throughout procedures Collaborate with providers and healthcare team members Maintain equipment and adhere to quality and safety standards Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an approved Medical Sonography program required Certifications: ARDMS certification required Registries in Abdomen (ABD) and OB/GYN required RVT (Vascular Technology) certification preferred/required Current CPR certification required The ideal candidate is team-oriented, adaptable, and dedicated to providing high-quality imaging services in a patient-centered environment.
