Just steps from the Domain outdoor mall and close to FC stadium, our shop captures the energetic, creative spirit and vibe of Austin. Our experienced barbers and stylists thrive in an environment that attracts a younger, dynamic clientele, who expect both precision and personality. Benefits: Weekly pay Strong earning potential Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO Education opportunities Employee discounts YOUR CORE CONTRIBUTIONS: We have full- and part-time shifts available, and we'd prefer someone who can work closing shifts and come in at least one shift per weekend. Our shop is open from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday, and 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, Sunday. While every day brings something different, you can expect to: Cut hair, provide fades, trim beards, and more according to clients' wishes Keep your workstation clean, organized, and TDLR-compliant Deliver an amazing client experience from the minute they come into the shop to the minute they leave MUST-HAVES: Current Texas barber license Solid hair-cutting skills and techniques Reliable, customer service-focused mentality A coachable mindset and an openness to learning new things Availability to work closing shifts and at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) APPLY IN UNDER 3 MINUTES: Fast, easy, and mobile; just the way it should be.
