ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I graduated from University of South Carolina and have been a State Farm agent for four years. Before becoming an agent, I worked in banking and logistics, which gave me a strong foundation in business and customer service. I'm also married with two sons-one currently in college at USC and the other living in Florida. In my free time, I love spending time on my boat, fishing, and traveling to National and State Parks.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Barry Johnson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
