Position Details Full-time schedule (5 days/week) In-person rounding in skilled nursing facilities Locations include San Antonio, Kirby, Mission, and South San Antonio, TX Compensation is fee-for-service (FFS) Estimated annual compensation range: $198,416 – $234,099 No cap on productivity income potential Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs Monitor patient progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Educate patients and families on disease management and preventive care strategies Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Qualifications Active Texas physician license and DEA Experience in post-acute care, acute care, emergency medicine, or clinic settings preferred, but not required New graduates are encouraged to apply Strong clinical skills and understanding of healthcare regulatory standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented mindset with a positive, patient-focused approach Benefits 401(k) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Flexible spending account (FSA) Health savings account (HSA) Flexible paid time off Professional liability insurance Access to more than 300 CME/CE courses
