Employment Law Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employment Law Attorney in Jacksonville Beach, FL. The attorney will represent clients in employment discrimination and wage and hour cases, providing legal advice and counsel. They will manage cases from inception through trial, including pre-litigation, legal research, depositions, settlements, and court representation. Duties Represent clients in employment law cases. Provide guidance and counsel through effective communication. Conduct medical reviews and negotiate settlements. Conduct legal research and attend depositions. Represent clients in court and administrative hearings. Requirements Active Florida Bar License. Previous Federal Court experience. Strong research and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet guidelines. Minimum two years of employment law experience or legal experience with a passion for employment law. Education Juris Doctor degree. Certifications Florida Bar License.
