As a Security Officer Experienced Patrol in Destin, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer at a residential location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support access control activities, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and report relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, help to confirm authorized entry, and communicate with residents, management, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Support daily operations by documenting incidents, completing assigned reports, and helping to address policy violations, disturbances, and/or maintenance-related observations observed during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
