OR · High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years of responsible employment history · Experience in Human Services or a related field preferred · For St. Louis County programs: Bachelor's degree or MAADC I/II credential required · Exceptions to listed qualifications may be approved by the appropriate Executive Team member**Additional Qualifications:** · Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to operate a company-owned vehicle · Must be at least twenty-three (23) years of age to operate a company-owned fifteen (15) passenger van · Valid driver's license in state of residence with an acceptable driving record required · Successful completion of criminal background, driving record, and abuse/neglect screenings required · Must obtain First Aid certification within three (3) months of employment and maintain certification thereafter · Must obtain CPR certification within three (3) months of employment and maintain certification thereafter · Must complete Behavioral Management training within thirty (30) days of employment or the first available class after start date · Must complete required ongoing annual and regulatory training requirements · Must demonstrate leadership abilities and the ability to mentor, coach, and support direct care staff · Ability to establish rapport with clients while maintaining professional boundaries · Strong multitasking, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills · Basic computer proficiency and ability to document within electronic medical records systems · For Residential Care Facility (RCF): Must attain Level 1 Med Aid (LIMA) and Insulin Certification within ninety (90) days of employment**Physical Requirements** · Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods throughout the workday · Ability to walk and climb stairs as needed · Frequent kneeling, crouching, bending, and stooping may be required · Ability to use hands and fingers for writing, typing, filing, and operating office equipment · Ability to communicate effectively in person and by telephone · Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis · Ability to maintain close visual focus and adjust focus as needed · For Residential Care Facility (RCF) programs, must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds**Brightli is on a Mission:** At Brightli, our mission is to change and save lives through compassionate care, meaningful connections, and high-quality behavioral health services.
