Case Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Case Aide for a rewarding opportunity supporting mothers and children in a residential setting. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping families, providing a safe and supportive environment, and making a positive impact in the community.

General Responsibilities of a Case Aide

• Provide safety, support, and supervision within the residence.
• Ensure household expectations and communal responsibilities are being followed.
• Assist with light cleaning and meal preparation as needed.
• Support mothers and children throughout daily activities.
• Provide brief child supervision when appropriate.
• Maintain a supportive, structured, and welcoming living environment.
• Document and communicate relevant resident information to team members as required.
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, and other basic Microsoft Office applications to support daily operations.
• Assist with additional coverage and responsibilities as needed to ensure residents receive consistent support.

Ideal Background for a Case Aide

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Experience providing nonprofit, education/childcare, advocacy, social services support preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries while providing compassionate support.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Dependable, flexible, and willing to support the team as needed.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
