Responsibilities and Duties:

Handling Customer Interactions:

• Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
• Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Scheduling:

• Scheduling and coordinating service calls.

Administrative Tasks:

• Creating job tickets for service calls.
• Updating customer files and maintaining accurate records.
• Potentially handling payment collections.
• following up on service calls.

Communication:

• Communicating effectively with customers and technicians.
• Relaying important information and updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1+ year experience in a similar office setting.
• Excellent phone communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proficiency with computer systems and software.
• Ability to learn and utilize service management software.
• Ability to work on a team to meet goals.
