In this position, you'll be at the forefront of safeguarding and managing company-owned assets, ensuring efficient movement, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with safety standards-all while working independently in a fast-paced oilfield setting. Your expertise will help streamline operations, maximize asset value, and contribute to overall operational excellence.

Required Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in material handling, warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or oilfield operations, with proven success in similar environments.
• Strong proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems, especially related to inventory transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Solid understanding of oilfield equipment, inventory processes, and warehouse logistics.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, make sound judgments, and follow safety protocols.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working specifically in the Permian Basin or comparable oilfield regions.
• Additional certifications such as OSHA, H2S, First Aid, or CPR.
• Familiarity with asset recovery, salvage, or disposition programs.
• Vendor coordination and logistics experience.
• Forklift certification.
• Knowledge of Occidental operational practices and safety standards.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in oilfield materials handling, inventory control, or warehouse logistics.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel to various field sites across the Permian Basin.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Comfort working in industrial and active oilfield environments.
