Estimated patient ratios are not available. Two years of Labor and Delivery experience is required. Candidates must possess BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications. Candidates must have skills in IV starts and Labor and Delivery. Experience with EPIC is required. Candidates may be required to float to different units as needed. Interdisciplinary support includes teams such as physical therapy and pharmacy. The unit handles a high volume of deliveries per month, approximately 450. Candidates must be prepared for a compliance process that includes fingerprinting. Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor. Candidates must meet all credentialing requirements before starting.
