IT Support Technician

IT Support Technician

100% onsite located downtown Houston. This is a temporary position 3-6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for escalated hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage and resolve support tickets using ServiceNow while meeting SLA requirements.
• Install, configure, repair, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and audiovisual equipment.
• Support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and Cisco video conferencing systems.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Exchange, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP issues.
• Assist with PC imaging, hardware deployments, asset management, and office moves.
• Support local network infrastructure, print services, and software testing.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the IT knowledge base.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating with IT teams and business users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support or desktop support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and endpoint hardware.
• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system.
• Experience with PC imaging, hardware deployments, and asset management.
• Law firm experience is a plus.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
