Practice Features Onsite Lab Onsite Ultrasound Athena Health EMR Serving a population of approximately 148,000 Integrated referral network Part of Ascension, a national nonprofit Catholic health system Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing preferred. Education Master's degree of Nursing required.
