Now Hiring: Full-Time Maintenance Technician Myan Management Group, LLC. is actively seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Carson City, NV to keep our apartments in excellent working condition, deliver outstanding customer service, and assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations. This maintenance technician position offers competitive pay starting at $27 per hour , depending on the size of the property. A Day in the Life of a Maintenance Technician Supervise make-ready technician, service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers. Collaborate closely with the Property Manager to report supply needs, staff issues, and potential liability concerns. Train maintenance staff and oversee the performance of contractors and vendors. Identify and report safety hazards while ensuring timely corrective actions. Take pride in maintaining the visual appeal and operational integrity of our grounds, buildings, and apartment units. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in property management HVAC and EPA certification Ability to be available for “on‑call” emergencies 24/7 Valid driver's license What We’re Looking For Leadership and team training abilities Strong prioritization and delegation skills A passion for safety and service Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Work Schedule This full-time position generally requires 40+ hours per week .
