Primary Location Offices at Vernon Place Department Scheduling Center Operations Shift Day (United States of America) Schedule Part time Weekly Hours 20 FTE 0.5 Employee Status Regular *Expected Starting Pay Range $16.50 - $19.80 *Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and equity; exceptions may apply for highly qualified candidates. Additional pay (e.g., shift, on‑call, or weekend differentials) and benefits may apply. Annual pay may vary based on FTE status. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Communication- Answer, screen and direct incoming telephone calls and e‑mail messages. Greet and direct visitors to the department. Administration- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry. Materials and Supplies- Stock and maintain supplies within the department. May transport correspondence, files or supplies to other departments. Project Support- Perform a variety of tasks related to supporting departmental projects. Provides general business support for routine functions.
