Senior Structural Engineer - Lead Designer & Client Liaison

Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering Minimum 8 years of experience Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) Responsibilities: Perform engineering calculations, layout, and system design to code with minimal supervision Prepare and manage design budgets, schedules, estimates Lead, mentor, and motivate engineering designers and junior staff Conduct quality assurance reviews and ensure coordination across disciplines Review and finalize engineering drawings and documents Engage directly with clients to communicate design and project requirements Skills: Proficient in REVIT, engineering modeling tools, and Microsoft Office Strong knowledge of building and discipline-specific codes Excellent communication, leadership, and critical-thinking skills Ability to manage time, people, and fast-paced project deadlines If you are ready to take the next step in your career, apply today and become part of our team!
