Architecting scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure using best practices, consider factors like cost Procurement Sensitive Information For Official Use Only (FOUO) 39 optimization, performance and security. Monitoring cloud usage, identifying cost savings opportunities and implementing strategies to optimize cloud spend. Implements robust security measures, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards. Leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to automate cloud infrastructure and management. Monitoring cloud systems for performance issues, identifying bottlenecks, and troubleshoots complex cloud-related problems. Deep expertise in AWS and Azure, strong understanding of cloud computing principles including, network, storage, compute and security, experience with IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation, proficiency in scripting languages like Python or PowerShell. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, or a related field at time of proposal submission. Education Equivalency: 6 additional years of positional work experience can be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Minimum 6 years of recent experience providing cloud engineering support and has maintained compliance with industry best practices including cloud native approaches using technologies like Containers, Kubernetes and Microservices. 2 years of current experience using IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation2 years current experience in scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.M​​inimum 2 years of leadership experience managing and mentoring a team of cloud engineers and strong communications and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams. Possess an AWS certificationMust be a US Citizen who possesses a Public Trust Clearance and is up-clearable to a Top Secret ClearanceMust live a commutable distance from the client site in Arlington, VA.NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $111,892 - $167,838. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered in temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation.
