Assistant Manager

We are seeking a motivated and hospitality-driven Assistant Manager to help lead the opening of an exciting new upscale fast-casual restaurant concept. This role offers the opportunity to play a key leadership role in building a team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and supporting day-to-day operations in a high-energy, guest-focused environment.

• Base salary $50k - $60k depending on experience

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in full-service or upscale fast casual environments
• Proven ability to support daily restaurant operations and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, ordering, and cost controls
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on team development
• Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work alongside the team
• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Ability to travel for 6 weeks of training in Houston, TX prior to opening

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training team members for a successful new store opening
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards
• Help manage labor scheduling, inventory control, and operational performance
• Lead by example on the floor while coaching and developing team members
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence
• Assist with financial performance by supporting cost controls and revenue goals
