What You'll Do As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping customers safe on the road by servicing a wide variety of tires.
- Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires
- Work on passenger and commercial tires
- Operate tire machines and balancing equipment
- Inspect tires for wear, damage, and safety concerns
- Set proper air pressure and torque lug nuts to specifications
- Provide fast, reliable service to customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Ability to lift and handle heavy tires as part of daily work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Basic reading and communication skills (English)
- Previous tire or automotive experience preferred, but not required
