Location: Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

Start Date: 08-21-2026

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per Diem, 8.5-hour shifts, flexible schedule based on availability

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
Collaborate with the rehab team to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care
Document patient progress and adjust treatments to achieve optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety strategies
Promote a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment for recovery

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma (or compact eligibility)
Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
BLS certification required
New graduates encouraged to apply
Previous inpatient rehabilitation experience is a plus, but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of physical therapy modalities, therapeutic exercise, and patient assessment
Understanding of rehabilitation principles for diverse patient populations
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills
Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation
