WE NEED 1st and 2nd SHIFT PRESS OPERATORS

We are seeking a hardworking, mechanically inclined individual to join our manufacturing team as a Punch Press Operator . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with machinery, has a strong agricultural background, participates in sports or other team activities, and takes pride in repairing and maintaining equipment.

Position Responsibilities

• Operate punch press machinery safely and efficiently.
• Read work orders, blueprints, and production specifications.
• Perform quality inspections on finished parts.
• Set up, adjust, and maintain punch press equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make minor repairs as needed.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of equipment, implements, and machinery.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Work effectively as part of a team while maintaining productivity goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Farm background or experience working on a farm.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Experience repairing farm equipment, tractors, and agricultural machinery.
• Experience operating punch presses or other manufacturing equipment is preferred but not required.
• Active involvement in sports, competitive activities, or teamwork-oriented environments is a plus.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a production environment.
