Personal Injury Firm Seeks Talented Paralegal Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year A bit about us Growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm is seeking a highly skilled and professional Personal Injury Paralegal to support a senior attorney handling a busy caseload. This is an immediate hiring need, and the firm is looking for someone who can step in, take ownership of files, and provide exceptional support throughout the life of a case. Why join us Base salary: Up to $70,000+ depending on experience (higher compensation may be considered for an exceptional candidate). Quarterly performance bonus opportunity of up to $2,000 per quarter (up to $8,000 annually). Comprehensive medical and dental insurance. Hybrid work schedule available following a successful 4-month onboarding and training period. Job Details 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury paralegal experience preferred. Strong understanding of personal injury pre‑litigation and litigation processes. Experience obtaining and analyzing medical records and billing documentation. Excellent organizational, communication, and client-service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
