About This Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) in Senior Living

Shift Details:

We are currently searching for an LPN to join our overnight (11pm-7am) team.

Please note this may change throughout employment as needed with notice.

What You Will Do

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or registered nurse
• Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Assist with resident assessments and individualized care plans
• Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
• Document resident care and progress accurately in medical records
• Communicate with residents and their families about care plans and progress
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals across disciplines to deliver comprehensive care
• Oversee the patient care provided by caregivers on your team

What We Are Looking For

• Active LPN license valid in the state where the position is located
• Minimum of one year of experience as an LPN
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Basic computer skills
• A genuine commitment to treating residents, families, and teammates with respect and compassion
