Knowledge of PEO/ASO/Staffing, Benefits/Payroll and Technical background is crucial.Specific Duties and Responsibilities:Own the customer relationship to understand their business requirements and provide best practice guidance to customers as how-to best implement PrismHR solutions from both a technical and industry perspectiveDocumentation of requirements using cases in functional design documents - understanding Statements of Work describing project scope, assumptions, deliverables and estimated hours/schedule for projectResponsible for maintaining all documentation and detailed notes related to the customer project, Communicating proactively and regularly with management regarding project statusIndependently manage multiple projects to ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and Customer expectationsWork with a cross functional team to develop and implement robust solutions in an Agile environmentDesign and execute complex merges and customer processesDeliver presentations (remotely and in person) to customers at PrismHR and industry eventsRequired Education & Experience : 5 years’ experience PEO/ASO/Staffing, Payroll and Implementation softwareAbility to work independently and understand and solve complex problemsExcellent verbal/written communication skills, strong presentation skillsAbility to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environmentExperience defining and documenting workflows and processesStrong technical inclination, and a desire to learn continuouslyThis position is eligible for the following benefits:Health Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverageRetirement Plan: 401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off: PTO, Holidays, Parental leave and Sick Leave provided as required by applicable state lawOther Benefits: Life insurance, short term disability, long term disability, employee assistance program (EAP), flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), Identity theft protection, critical illness, accident, cancer, hospital protection, legal and pet insurance.
