PV2 Staff Pharmacist - Verification Pharmacist

Pharmacist Position

MedSquirrels is seeking a pharmacist on behalf of one of its clients. This role focuses on verification, compounding support, and ensuring compliance and quality within a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Key responsibilities include performing prescription verification and ensuring accuracy, supporting compounding operations and quality standards, maintaining compliance with pharmacy regulations and protocols, and collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure workflow efficiency.

Qualifications include a PharmD from an accredited institution, an active Kansas pharmacist license, strong attention to detail and patient safety focus, excellent communication skills, the ability to work onsite in Lenexa, KS, and English fluency.

Preferred qualifications include compounding pharmacy experience (sterile and/or non-sterile), familiarity with GLP-1, HRT, or functional medicine, experience in verification-focused roles, and experience with pharmacy systems.

The work schedule is a part-time, onsite role (Lenexa, KS) for 2 days per week during the day shift.
