Speech Language Pathologist

Instructional Position – 196 days per year, full time, benefit eligible. Location: Sand Pine Elementary School, 29040 County Line Rd., Wesley Chapel, FL 33543. Specialty: Student Support – Speech, Language, and Swallowing Disorders. Job Summary Responsible for developing, planning, organizing, and implementing a therapy program to meet the needs of speech, language, and hearing‑impaired students, while ensuring all procedures are followed to maintain safety and security and to meet federal, state, and local regulations. Education, Training & Experience Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD) or related field Enrollment in a master’s degree program at an accredited institution in Speech‑Language Pathology or related field OR Acceptance into a master’s degree program at an accredited institution in Speech‑Language Pathology or related field within a year of hire Certificates, Licenses & Registrations Valid and current Florida certification in field, or hold appropriate state license for position Applicants with a bachelor level and clinical fellowship year (CFY) are encouraged to apply. Mentoring and supervision for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) are available.
