Customer Experience Accounts Receivable Supervisor Location: Kennesaw, GA (SAF) - Management. Summary: Collections Supervisor will support the Credit and Collections function within a BSC. The Collections Supervisor is responsible for the daily activities of collectors related to the collection function, including regional and/or cross-business unit customer accounts and close coordination with Division and Regional Company management. This role requires an experienced person with knowledge of collections, customer service, dispute identification, and commercial transactions. Key Responsibilities: Supervise a team of approximately 6-9 customer experience representatives for National/Strategic accounts. Schedule, train, evaluate performance, coach, and deploy resources within the department. Provide training and development of collectors to maximize receivables turnover, minimize risk of loss, and support Division and Regional Companies to enhance sales growth and profitability. Lead the team of collectors to achieve organizational goals. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable (B2B), with 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role. Proven track record of managing and motivating a team in a fast‑paced environment. Strong understanding of accounts receivable principles, collection techniques, and credit management. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a customer service orientation. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing experience.
