30hop Restaurant & Bar in Merriam, KS is hiring Bartenders to join our front of house team.

We're looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy connecting with Guests and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. At 30hop, the bar is at the center of the Guest experience. Our bartenders craft signature cocktails, pour an extensive selection of beer, wine, and spirits, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps Guests coming back.

30hop is a full-service American restaurant and bar with locations across Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. We’re known for great food, craft beer, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Our teams are at the heart of what we do and help create a great experience for our Guests every day

Compensation for fully trained Bartenders starts at $4.35/hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning.

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Typical shifts range from 4 - 8 hours
• Weekend and evening availability is strongly preferred

What You'll Do

• Welcome Guests with friendly, attentive service
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and menu items
• Accurately prepare drinks for both bar Guests and dining room service
• Deliver consistent, high-quality hospitality throughout each shift
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work
• Process Guest payments accurately
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders
• Assist with additional operational duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Previous bartending experience is preferred
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• Excellent communication and Guest service skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Professional, positive attitude under pressure
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
