Hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch).

In this function you will:
• Operate or tend machines to wash or clean items, such as manufactured articles to remove impurities preparatory to further processing.
1. Review production requirements of other and communicates with other shift workers areas to determine parts needed
2. Set controls to regulate length of cycle and drum speed and starts drums
3. Load and unload objects to and from washer and hopper using tow motor
4. Visually inspect parts to ensure they are free of oil, water or soap
5. Refill tank at designated intervals with water
6. Observe machine operation, gauges, or thermometer and adjust controls to maintain operation, according to specifications
7. Examine and inspect machine for malfunctions, and product for conformance to processing specifications
8. Remove full bin using tow motor
9. Clean and maintain work area
10. Clean machines
• Be responsible for sorting/inspection of suspect material, processing rework, assisting other product lines, and other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Group Leader.
• Complete all annual required safety training
• Follow any specific environmental procedure required on your department

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
