Hidden away in the heart of Manhattan, Zoo Sindang NYC is a newly opened, highly anticipated Korean Traditional Liquor Speakeasy Bar. We have seamlessly blended modern mixology with the rich, historical heritage of Korean spirits to create an unforgettable, fast-paced, and immersive guest experience.

Backed by The Three Chords INC.—a rapidly growing hospitality group operating successful NYC retail brands—our venue is bustling, vibrant, and dedicated to pushing the boundaries of the local F&B scene. We are looking for passionate, high-caliber hospitality professionals to join our opening team and grow with us.

We are seeking an Experienced Bartender with a strong background in craft cocktails and high-volume service. The centerpiece of our bar program features 12 meticulously crafted signature cocktails, each designed to highlight unique Korean traditional liquors and ingredients.

As a Bartender at Zoo Sindang NYC, you will not only execute these complex recipes with speed and precision but also serve as a storyteller, guiding our guests through a unique cultural and sensory journey.

• Flawlessly execute our menu of 12 signature cocktails, ensuring consistency, perfect balance, and exceptional presentation in a busy, fast-paced environment.

• Prep and maintain an organized station, including crafting house-made syrups, infusions, and garnishes.

• Provide elevated, warm, and engaging hospitality, educating guests on our unique spirits and the concept behind our speakeasy.

• Manage bar inventory efficiently, minimizing waste and ensuring all pars are met before service.

• Work collaboratively with the FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless service from the moment guests walk through the hidden entrance.

• Maintain strict adherence to NYC DOH cleanliness and safety standards.

• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a bartender in a craft cocktail, speakeasy, or fine-dining environment.

• Open Availability: Must have the flexibility to work nights, including mandatory weekend shifts and holidays.

• Proven ability to handle high-volume service while maintaining attention to detail and a calm demeanor.

• A deep passion for mixology, flavor profiles, and spirits. (Knowledge of or interest in Korean traditional liquor is a massive plus!)

• Excellent communication skills and a "no-ego," team-first attitude.

• NYC Food Protection Certificate is highly preferred.

• Bilingual (English/Korean) is a plus, but not required.
