In this role, you'll evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and track clinical outcomes to support patient progress. A care model designed to support quality outcomes and efficiencyResponsibilities: Reviewing patients' medical history Diagnosing patients by observingtheir movements and listening to their concerns Developing individualized treatment plans for patientswith clear goals and expected outcomes Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients' pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury Recording patient progress andmodifyingthe plan of care as needed Qualifications: Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode IslandCHAbout: Compensation: $80,000-$105,000 inclusive of productivity incentives, with additionalcompensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
