THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Management Director to lead technical and outbound product management. You will be building innovative solutions using flash storage technologies and software for hyperscale and AI infrastructure. This role requires a seasoned professional who combines technical knowledge with strategic vision and business acumen. What You Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field or equivalent industry experience. 8+ years of relevant experience in solution architecture, product management, engineering, or technical pre-sales, specifically within the field of data storage or related technologies. Deep understanding of flash memory technologies, compute and storage hardware and software, networking, and data center architectures and standards. Strong systems-thinking acumen and proven ability to quickly drive successful root cause analysis of technical issues across hardware and software domains. Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive initiatives and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to addressing technical requirements. Experience working with engineers, architects and leadership at large customers. High proficiency with Linux system administration, scripting experience in Python, Bash, or similar, and AI-driven development workflows Experience with hyperscale compute and storage architectures is desirable. Communication Skills: exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
