About the Team Retail Bank Marketing Technology sits at the core of Capital One's Bank business where complex, enterprise data infrastructure powers how we bring the iconic Capital One brand to life. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to own the automation strategy for our processes and controls. You will directly lead a high-performing, product-minded data analysts, owning the vision and execution of how we instill an automation-first mindset in how we launch marketing campaigns for Capital One. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire automation product lifecycle, from defining the strategic roadmap and gathering stakeholder requirements to overseeing the development and maintenance of re-imagined processes and controls. McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management Wilmington, DE: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management; $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
