About the Role
The Company is seeking an Implementation Manager to join their enterprise merchant services onboarding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end client implementations, from kickoff to launch, for strategic merchants. This role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in leading complex client implementations, onboarding, or integration projects, with a focus on payments, fintech, or commerce platforms. The Implementation Manager will be tasked with aligning scope, timelines, and success criteria, as well as coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple workstreams, and a proven track record of structured problem-solving are essential. Applicants for the Implementation Manager position at the company should have a working knowledge of payment processing and merchant services concepts, experience in project management practices, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
