Dentist - up to $75,000 Sign On Bonus

Overview We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team dedicated to providing high‑quality, affordable dental care to underserved families across the country. Our practice serves primarily children and adolescents, with a significant adult population, and offers a supportive, team‑oriented environment. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care to patients in the 3‑21 age range and up to 30% adult population. Manage a typical daily workflow of 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x‑ray and Panorex units, and fiber‑optic handpieces to deliver care. Maintain yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Collaborate with a clinical team that includes 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider. Participate in morning huddles, contribute to team workflow, and promote a patient‑centered culture. Mentor and support colleagues, contributing to professional growth and patient satisfaction. This opportunity provides growth and development through mentoring and collaboration. What We Offer Guaranteed base pay over $200,000 with uncapped earning potential. Sign‑on bonus: $50,000. Student loan repayment assistance: $1,000/month. No lab fees.
