Global L&D Lead: Onboarding & Leadership Programs
RZR Global Inc.
RZR Global Inc. seeks a Senior L&D Lead to architect and relaunch our global onboarding and manager capability programs. This role builds the learning infrastructure, designs modules, and aligns content with business goals across markets. You will develop a full-stack L&D calendar, lead measurement and capability assessments, and partner with People Partners to tailor programs for diverse regions.
